Sales/Marketing Manager

Department: Sales/Marketing
Positions to be supervised: Distribution Supervisor, Account Specialists, Account Officers Promodizer

Organizational Relationships:
Reports to: CEO/President and VP Finance
Coordinates with: Operations Manager and HR/Admin Department

Job Summary:
Plan, direct, coordinate sales activities by establishing sales territories, quoats, goals, and training programs for sales executives. Analyze sales statistics to determine sales potential, inventory requirements and customer preferences. Develop marketing and distribution strategies with the goal of maximizing the firm’s profits or share of the market while ensuring the firm’s customers are satisfied. Determine the demand of products and services offered by a firm and its competitors and identify potential customers.

Qualifications:

a. Exprience
- at least 30 yrs old
- preferably has 5 yrs experience on the same field and 3 of which should came from the Managerial Level

b. Knowledge
- graduate of a 4 yr course related to Sales and Marketing, with extensive sales and marketing background from a similar field

c. Skill/Ability
- exemplary presentation skills
- exhibits outstanding PR skills
- excellent oral and written communications skills
- flexible, can work alone under pressure and can handle people well
- having a technical background is an advantage
- possess a good working knowledge on the Metro Manila Area

Account Officer II( MMCD)

Coordinates with: Installer

Job Summary:
This position directly reports to the Sales/Marketing Manager. Responsible for coordinating sales distributions to Metro Manila Casa Dealers only. Responsibilities include generating new accounts, maintaining existing accounts while providing superior customer service and support.

- 1 year professional experience in the related field

- Bachelor’s Degree

Accounting Supervisor

Department: Finance

Reports to: Finance Manager
Coordinates with: Accounting Officers

Job Summary:
Reports to the Finance Manager. Responsible for overseeing the work of a team of officers performing all accounting work as drected. May specialize in financial, cost, management accounting. May recommend changes in procedures. Has scope for some independent decision-making. Able to deal with routine problems, referring only complex situations to the superior. Provides guidance to junior staff.

Qualifications:

a. Exprience
- At least 3 years professional experience in accounting or auditing

b. Knowledge
- Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
- Advantage if CPA

c. Skill/Ability
